We conduct numerous tests with the results being fed back into the designs to improve them further based on the user tester feedback. Through preference testing, 5-second flash tests, first-click analysis, and interactive prototype testing, we ensure your design performs in the real world and is soley based on our opinion and individual experiences.

Preference testing is a great way to gain unbiased feedback from user testers to refine and inform designs. This is an important part of any redesign process to help remove guess work and bias. User tester feedback can both confirm hypothesis and most valuably highlight unseen issues. This gives us scope to optimise design further early in the process rather than costly code changes later.
5 second flash testing tells us what users are likely to remember and absorb on a web page. User testers view a new design and are asked to type out the marketing messaging, tagline and what they remember. With attention spans at a historic low this allows to see how good our designs convey what we want them to, will users engage or not?
First click testing does exactly what its states, with this small and quick test we can establish if the users first intent is the desired course of action that we want them to take. Is it a click into the journey to convert or, an erroneous click due to confusion.
Beyond website modules and single pages comes protoype testing. This used when we are creating a new user journey or making amends to a journey across multiple pages and steps.
We map out and create the journey in Figma which the users testers can then flow though and feed back on their experience. Was it easy to get to the end point? Were they distracted or got lost easily.
